Mediation

We take assignments as mediator in the settlement of international child conflicts, both in connection with proceedings under the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction (HCA) and after the Brussels IIa Regulation, as well as custody and access arrangements for binational parents and children.
